Automating memory leak analysis using DebugDiag

I'd like to automate memory leak analysis with DebugDiag. I've found a
lot of information about using DebugDiag to generate a userdump after
manually configuring DebugDiag. I'd like to fully automate it. This
would involve configuring the rule and activating it. Anyone know if
this can be done and how to do it? Or can point me to resources
explaining the process?
